What we sell
We sell digital products — downloadable files like The 30-Day Cozy Khoas Reset Challenge and printable materials. Nothing gets shipped to you. After you buy, your download arrives by email, usually within a few minutes.
You need to be 18 or older to buy from us.
Getting your download
Please double-check your email address at checkout, since that’s where your product goes. If it doesn’t show up, check your spam and promotions folders first. Still missing it after 24 hours? Email [email protected] and we’ll send it right over. We’ll always get you your file.
Your download link doesn’t expire, but we recommend saving the file to your phone or computer once you have it.
Payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time, though a change never affects an order you’ve already placed. Payments are handled by a secure third-party processor — we never see or store your card number.
Refunds
All sales are final. Because everything we sell is digital and delivered right away, we don’t offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please read the product description before buying so you know exactly what you’re getting.
If you were charged twice or something went wrong on our end, email [email protected] within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
What you can and can’t do with what you buy
When you buy from us, the file is yours to use personally. You can download it, print it for yourself, and share photos of your own pages on social media. We’d love that.
Please don’t resell it, share the files or download link with others, use it to run a group or class, or repackage it as your own. We put real work into these, and the copyright stays with us.

Everything on this site — the writing, artwork, layout, and the Cozy Khoas name — belongs to us, too.

When you buy or sign up, we may send you emails about our products and offers. Every one has an unsubscribe link at the bottom — click it any time and you’re off the list. You’ll still get emails about a purchase you’ve already made.

We provide this site and our products “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim won’t exceed what you actually paid us.
